I'm pretty sure people love getting fun and unique shaped cards. I know I love making them! This card doesn't have a full card front. You just flip up the hat on top and write under it. I stamped "congrats" with black ink and heat embossed with clear ep. The stars are stamped with Delicata Golden Glitz ink. I made the tassel from gold cording and tied it around a shiny black button.
