Wanted to try a new technique, so I used alcohol inks and blender solution from Adirondack and made "watercolor" paper on Glossy and Vellum (the gold gave it such a nice shine IRL) Cut out the scalloped circle with die cuts and doodled around the edges of the die cut. Added the glossy paper underneath the circle, attached doily. Made the banner and stamped my sentiment. Sponged around the banner. I then took the vellum that was stamped with alcohol inks and covered the white banner for a muted effect. Added the button with baker's twine.
For a simple card, it took a lot of work, but love the result!
