 | | This was made for the Timeless Tuesday challenge #256 of using the Pantone color of 2014- Radiant Orchid. I fussy cut the balloon after coloring it up to be popped up over the die cut which I sponged to make the clouds. The patterned paper is from Basic Greys What's Up and I used a mini brad to connect the twine to the center die. The seam binding started out white, but I colored it in with my Copics to match the orchid color. TFL!
