Thanks for the reminder of this cool challenge! I remembered when I first started stamping about this technique of using a torn edge and sponging one side of the card to make is look like dp. Love this technique!
As I looked out the window in front of my craft desk, I see a blizzard!!! Yikes! Not really, but it is really snowing out there and all I see are snowflakes! So, I decided I might as well make a card with snowflakes! LOL! I have learned to just look out my window for inspiration!
Is it snowing where you are?

I love your technique too, Lesley. Simple...but SO effective on this pretty card. It really does look like another piece of DP. Your embossed snowflakes are lovely...... many of us are experiencing LOTS of snow. : )

This is beautiful, Lesley!!! It really looks like you added a cardstock layer along the side!! Your snowflakes are gorgeous, too...you did an awesome job with the challenge!!!!
