For this week's teapotter challenge we are making sympathy cards for a family that has suffered a tragic loss. I have wanted this stamp set for quite some time and have had for almost a year now and am inking it up for the first time. I love the message this tree invokes. I cut my large vv mat and my label pieces. After adhering my sponged lable onto it's mat, I placed the label where I wanted it on the vv piece. I then stamped over all 3 layers with my image in Always Artichoke. I stamped my sentiment in Always Artichoke a well. I then ran that vv piece through the square lattice folder. I adhered that to my cb and popped up my label image carefully lining up the lines of the tree. Now it is off to NJ where it will hopefully bring some comfort to this family. TFL ladies.

How beautiful, Mary - and what a wonderful way to use this set. Your layering turned out perfectly! Thank you so much for coming to the Schoberl's Teaparty - so glad that you could be here. Make sure to take your cookies - you've earned them. Hugz from NJ.

Mary, I love the way you stamped the tree so that it extends beyond the frame. Just lovely.

I can see why you liked this stamp and am glad you did get it out...a lovely tree. I like how you have the leaves continuing on over the die-cuts...like his love never stopping...TFS..:0)

Mary this is wonderful. Leanne's family will certainly know they are in your thoughts. Thank you also for such a detailed explanation (and I love your new photo my friend).
