I have a weakness for snowmen, IÂ’ll admit I donÂ’t like every snowman image I see but this whimsical fellow really made me smile and he was a must have at the last convention I went to and so easy to color up and cut out and pop it up on a simple card layout.
Rather than try to cut out the arm section I just colored similar to the background paper and debossed it. The remainder of the image was embossed.
Copic colors: nose – YR18,16,12, blue snow – B23,21, hat C10,9,7,6,5,4,3 and blender, broom – YR24,23,21, E33,31, arms – C4, scarf – R59,56, G99,94, Sign C0, C4
The Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting were used to cut the 1/16” border/mat.
I also used the Perfect Tears to create my snow, this is plastic coated paper so I used the water pen that comes with the rulers to wet the back then flipped it over to make my tears. I use only one swipe for wetting it down so it doesnÂ’t soak completely through the thicker paper and I donÂ’t get a precise to the ruler shape for a tear which looks better for the snow but it sure makes creating the snow a much easier task. Both sides of the wavy ruler were used here.
The snowman and snowballs was attached to the underside of the snow layer with AleeneÂ’s tacky glue. The snowman was then popped up with thin foam tape, the snowballs got a touch of AleeneÂ’s Paper Glaze to hold it to the plastic coated cardstock.
The snowflakes added to the background (tacky glue adhesive): Fiskars border punch for the small and the one larger snowflake is from an Obsession Impression die.
Images: Judith – snowman, Stampin Up – snowball and sign
Paper: AC Cardstock – textured white, Beckett Expressions – Radiance for images, Die Cuts with a View – sparkle cardstock for snow, Reflections – designer paper, Georgia Pacific – solid blue

This sure is a nice looking card Roxie and doesn't really look as quick and easy as you made it sound. It's both cute and pretty!! Wishing you a nice Thanksgiving!! :>)

I knew that was a Judith snowman right off. He is super darling, especially the way you colored and presented him here. Your bg is fabulous. Love your card! TFS :0)
