I was so inspired this morning looking at everyone's cards and there were one or two that were mostly white and silver that really caught my eye as favorites but when I tried to do something with Silver, white and a little gold...goddy! well, I worked on it too long to start over so, goddy it is today! I LOVE the individual elements. The ornament, sentiment and snowflake background are from Our Daily Bread Designs!! I either should not have used gold in there or should have used less silver and no gold.
Thanks for looking. If you have an idea of what would have made it look better, let me know in case I take it apart and start over at another time! I'm known to do that often!!
Almost forgot to tell you about the funny part. Trying to piece the gold inserts in the ornament with tweezers??Haahaa! Like playing tiddly winks, pieces flying everywhere! Reminded me of Susie Australia last night...If you haven't seen her Tea Potters card and read her story, YOU are missing out!! |
