The bird image is a stencil. I outlined with white Signo pen and filled in with some line techniques. I used a few touches of Viva's Pearl Pearl for dimension. Let dried carefully removed "ink crumbs." I added the an edging border with a stencil on the top and bottom of the black.
But I got stuck after I made the focal image. For me it just didn't work on a plain white card.
My final stenciling was the background dots.
