 | | I've combined Cathy's WTUI challenge this week (to use chipboard) with my MMTPT card, which was all about the bling. It's going to a little 4-year old girl with cancer :-(
Bling isn't really me - but I'd come up with this butterfly for Monday's HYCCT challenge and I still had glitter all over, so I just went with the same again.
Base is Bazzill Bling. I punched the corners of the DP and added strips of narrow double-sided tape, which I then sprinkled with pink and gold glitter and burnished.
The chipboard was painted with several layers of white acrylic, and then I stamped "Nothing is Impossible" in Versamark and embossed with gold EP.
The butterfly was made by sticking an adhesive sheet to thin card and then cutting the butterfly. I added the gems, and then the glitter. This time I added a couple of layers of Mod Podge so it's actually quite sturdy and doesn't shed glitter.. Added a sentiment and two more little pearls, and that's it. This |
