I got this awesome swap card from Stephanie Leider, so I did a smaller version, but tweeked it a little to make a pocket on the inside. Thanks for the cool idea Stephanie... you're a bomb baby!
Okay... this is what I did for this size:
Cut cardstock 3.5 x 10.5
Score at one end at 3.5
Score from the other end at 3.5
Take the ride side and fold it over the center
Take the bottom corner (of the piece you just folded over the center) and fold it up towards the top corner. Unfold
Take the left side and fold it over the center.
Take the top corner and fold it back towards the bottom. (secure with brads to make the pocket)
Now both pieces will fold over the center (or just one if you make a pocket).
Take a piece of Designer Paper, cut a 3.5x3.5 piece
Cut in half diagonal and attach to each flap in the front.
