Hi Everyone!! I'm so excited to be playing in some challenges today - quite a treat for me !!!
This card is for a very special friend who loves Peacock Art, and it's also for today's TLC Challenge #445 - to use Prismacolors and Gamsol. Thanks Joan for this great challenge - you inspired me to finish this card!!
The image was colored using Copics and has been patiently sitting and waiting for me to finish it. Today was the day - I started by adding more color with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. I love this because it's a great way to smooth out the imperfections and brighten/darken certain areas that were previously colored withe the markers.
Once that was done I sponged and matted that layer then went to work on the background layer. That was fun too - I started with white cardstock then sponged layers of color, creating texture by not only using a mask but also with an MBossibilities folder.
More information and close-up photos can be found on { My Blog }
Thanks for taking a peek!
Hugs,
Audrey
