 | | I have been MIA around SCS and my blog as I worked on some wedding invites for a friends daughter. It all began with the couple wanting to use a special picture of a tree (he proposed to her under this tree).....she wanted it used on the front of a post card to be used as the response card....being the obsessive compulsive person I am I decided/suggested she use the tree on the invite as well. Working with her and her mom we came up with some great ideas that fulfilled her dream of what she envisioned from the use of the tree pic to the kraft paper and the lace belly band and twine.
It was great fun doing this - I learned a ton about what my Silhouette Cameo could do....even more about editing a photo on PicMonkey....I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. More important I am happy the Bride and Groom are happy with how it all turned out.
