Quick watercolor

I did this in line waiting for the best brisket in the world.

I used a little lap easel made by Kathleen MacElwaine and an Aquapainter, and based it on a photograph I have of Rancho de Taos by Leslie Kahl.

Lydia, this is fine art ~ you know that right? I love the color, the light, the line. It's very befitting the landscape of one of my favorite places in the U.S. Thank you so much for sharing your personal art work here on the gallery. Loved your blog too : )

oh that is really cool! I love watercolor. My mom used to watercolor...she was quite the artist!! When I see stuff like this it reminds me of her. Thanks for sharing!! Love it!
