The tag has blooms made with dies from Memory Box, and the centers have champagne colored beads.
Behind the word Faith (from ODBD) I used my favorite background set of all time from Kittie Kits. You can find them HERE.
I learned to make these blooms from my sweet friend Tosha. You can find a tutorial here. I used Memory Box dies in place of the MS Hydrangea. These is so easily changed up!

What a wonderful layered tag - love that you have used just ONE WORD to convey the message and then added all the stamping, leaves, flourishes and flowers! True to your name, you sure know how to work those BLOOMS, Pat!! What a gift you have!!
