TLC438 - Metal Foil

This is my first attempt at this without the correct materials. I used tinfoil which brought about another whole type of challenge. I wanted it to press without ripping so lightly drew with my stylus around the cityscape and then put it through the cuttlebug using a "frame" folder so as not to "wipe out" the picture. I used metallic rub-ons for the color of the moon and sky. The fairy on the feather is Victorine Originals which I cut out and popped up.

FABULOUS metal foil card! Great "kinda" gothic scene w/the "dark" fairy flying over the city at night. Like your color and reflection of the moon.

You did great (especially not having the "called for" materials)...it has sort of a distressed vibe to it which is really cool....that moon is outstanding and the little fairy is an unexpected addition to a cityscape...very creative Carol!

Carol, I think this card is awesome! I love the fairy flying over the city at night. The metal technique casts a wispiness to it. Almost like an autumn night when fog is faintly just above the ground and a new moon is rising. Wasn't this technique fun?

Carol, I think this is amazing. I especially love the little fairy's silhouette against the full moon in the night sky. Fabulous job with the technique.
