TLC438 Shiny Celebration

For today's Metal tape challenge, I used Sizzix's Square Lattice for my embossed image, and CB's Bloom Dots for my larger embossed background, and added some bling. My stamped images come from CTMH's American Celebration set. Did a dc gold looped circle for contrast.
