 | | I'm not sure what this says about me but I actually had all the supplies for this on hand. Maybe I spend more time in hardware and art stores?? I've used the metal tape before and had a lot of fun with it. I first covered a piece of thin chipboard with buttons, magic mesh, and various already cut chipboard shapes. I then randomly applied the silver tape as shown in the video. I used an old gel pen that didn't work any more (I don't have a stylus) to go over outlines and add dashes and lines. I applied black paint and rubbed off a lot. Next I added highlights of the copper metallic paint. I added some thin gold wire along the top which may be hard to see. Hope you like it..I enjoyed making it! |
