 | | Just a quickie from me - DH has a lunchtime gig and I'm his roadie and sound-check person, so I'm flying out the door in ten minutes.
But those cakes lend themselves to quick elegance, so here's mine based on the April wedding cake. I also really liked the Rita one, because of my sister's two wedding cakes the one that I didn't make was a croquembouche from a little French cake shop.
I'd have liked to get two colours into my grass background but didn't have time to play around.
A2 base.
Inspired by Nature stamped on white card with Shabby Shutters, Fiskars Lace corner punch.
Floral Ovals embossed with Constellations ef, stitched with green thread (only because my Sakura Stardust green pen was too strong a green). Memory Box birds and branch. Tiny gems. Birds and oval popped up on foam.
