I am still trying to come up with the best way to make this Magnolia flower from Pattie's Creations. I went out and picked a Magnolia off one of my trees to try and color it more realistically and I used a stick from my yard - I like how it came out but I should have used Very Vanilla instead of Whisper White.

That's my Nancy - using a stick from zee yard!!!! Nothing is safe with you around. Anything is fair game to put on your cards. I've always wanted to put a stick on one of my cards too. I'll have to remember that. Your magnolia is magnificent surrounded by those gorgeous dimensional leaves. What a real beauty!

Don't you love Magnolia's. There heady scent fills the air when they are blooming. You did a fantastic job coloring this flower. I love the texture in the center. This is one positively gorgeous card.
