Playing with my new border dies from Spellbinders. Layered the borders and popped up the circle. The inside is lined with white copy paper with the edge die cut and the saying is (from Stampscapes) - "Dreams are like stars.., you may never touch them, but if you follow them they will lead you to your destiny."
