 | | I'm home from three weeks of vacation and eager to make some cards so I'm checking back through the challenges I've missed for inspiration. This one is for two challenges - CAS220 (no words or sentiments - let your image convey the sentiment) and WT425 (Get Your Derby On - a card with a horse on it in honour of the Kentucky Derby).
My card clearly conveys the sentiment "Merry Christmas" as the horse has a lovely Christmas wreath around its neck, and it also represents the Kentucky Derby well as the Derby winner always has a wreath draped over its neck.
The green background is embossed with a holly ef to reflect the holly in the horse's wreath, and the inverted scallops Nestie kind of looks like holly.
