FS328 Wired Balloons

Another Featured Stamper card inspired by THIS clean and simple card created by smoatsmom, aka Colleen Dietrich. I used die-cut, sponged balloons instead of stamped ones, theyre cut with Sweet n Sassy Stamps Birthday Bash dies and made into a balloon bouquet using black wire. The tag was cut and stamped using SNSSs Mini Tags and Sentiments stamps and dies. More info on my blog.
