Today's FS is Pattie G, and what an amazing gallery she has! The card of Pattie's I chose to CASE was:

Happy Birthday by Pattie G. at Splitcoaststampers

I did leave the sentiment panel off, moved the 3 rhinestones to top of side panel, and added a circle brad where her original rhinestones were. I also made my card vintage. I sponged the image panel and added distressed edges on the card to finish it off.
