Whitewashing Technique #2

Poster: mother's daughter

 This is the method I came up with for whitewashing, that pretty much eliminates the pilling of cardstock from too much wetness. I used a white watercolor pencil in place of the pigment ink and aqua brush. The end result is the same, but most importantly, you pretty much eliminate the pilling. You still use your markers in the same manner and it takes about the same amount of time.

Give these techniques a try and see which one you like best. They all have their own look and use!

Gorgeous technique on that beautiful flower! Funny today I was just thinking of different things you could do to that particular bow (like the punching you have done on yours) hmmm...Great minds.... Love the color of this card as well! I also like how the flower theam is carried out in the embossing in the background...
