WooHoo another terrific Teapot Tuesday party. This is for Mrs Bratvold and all the wonderful children in the Evansville Kindness Club. I googled this amazing little group...WOW. The world is a better place for having these great teachers and kiddies.

My card continues on from the story this week about Sallie Lou and Sandi Lynn getting lost in an orchard near their school. It was suggested a bell or an alarm be used so the children could find their way back. Thankfully the schools headmistress had contacts in the electronic industry and she arranged for every child to be issued with a GPS Tracking Device....problem solved.

You can see in my card that Sallie Lou is in trouble again and has been ordered to sit on the "naughty chair" and face the wall. Her little mate, Sandie Lynn is inside reading the Kindness Club manual (she will be tested on this later). Sheri Leonie is supervising her friends, she is so clever that she can read a book and swing at the same time.

I had so much fun making this center step card. The weatherboards are done with Kaiser DP, I scored the dark lines to give it an authentic look. I cut out the shape for the window. I placed acetate on the back of the window. Looking in through the window I used Graphic45 paper that had a blackboard, international clocks (for all of us girls around the world), times tables, etc. I cut all the little girls from the same Graphic45 paper.

I plaited 3 strands of bakers twine to look like a skipping rope and using a brad, hung it on the wall, on the other wall I put a brad in back to front and made a little hook with the "arms" and hung a paper rug on the hook. Paper rug was made with scor pal, then wetting and scrunching in my hand until dry, then punched a hole to hang it on hook.

A Martha Stewart border punch was used as an awning and I hung a little swing from it. The swing really works, but if it swings sideways, it wacks poor little Sallie Lou in the head!!

The grass is MS fringe scissors then trimmed to shape, my usual favorite fence and tree completes the scene. I loved making this and can't wait to send it off to the Evansville Kindness Club.

Thanks for looking and have a great week.

You pack a whole lot of "story" into one card friend! The little girl reading and swinging would be me... as a book is never far from my hand (or an audio book going on). In fact the little girl in time out is reading as well! )Little one's after my own heart!) Your clever creation of the swing hanging from that die (that I never would have thought to use that way) is just brilliant!!! In fact this whole card is genius... a fav for sure!

This is one amazing card. I studied it for quite a while as there was so much to take in. I love the little girl on the swing. You have a great scene inside the classroom and a lot of interesting things happening outside. It must take you hours to do these, they are almost like stage sets.

Susie, you have put so much thought and creativity into this card - WOW! I cannot comment on any special detail as they are all so great - and thank you for explaining them. I know the Kindness club kids and Mrs. Bratvold will be thrilled.
