Another stretch for me. I used the Cuttlebug on the blue background, with the polka dot folder. I used the Cricut Formal Occasions cartridge for the dress and the hanger (Love that little hanger). The corners are punched with a heart corner punch, and the flowers are punched and just a tad of glitter pen in the center. Someone is ready to PARTY!
