I made this card for this week's challenge at the Dynamic Duos website. The colors they wanted on the cards this week are yellow and green.
I first saw a card made with this technique here at Split coast, but I lost the link to the person's card...sorry. but thank you for the inspiration.
I really like this tecnique because it's great for using up scraps...

What a super way to use up ALL those small pieces that can't be used for anything else!! I love this idea, Jill, thanks you so much for sharing this quick and easy card!! Love how you topped it off with that bright and beautiful bow!
