I decided to try the Mixed Media challenge this week -- heat embossing and a choice of medium for the background. After embossing the image with white detail embossing powder, I sponged distress inks over the entire image. This week's Queen for the Day is Susan (susanbri), so I CASEd this card from her gallery using the color combo of brown and blue for the Free4All challenge. My card looks very much like Susan's except for these changes:
* I embossed the background with the Clockworks embossing folder.
* Image is in white rather than black.
* Sentiment is stamped directly to the background piece rather than a separate piece.

How beautiful with the sponging of blue and brown over the white embossing. I love this card, Lois. 77? we'll have that too.....in July!

We did indeed CASE Susan's same card....but took our CASES different directions. Love how you used the same image, but did things your way to make this card your own, Lois.
