Not sure if this is a technique or not - I embedded the glitter in the background. I first mixed the crystal glitter with clear EP and heated from below so the glitter wouldn't be blown away. That left it glittery, but with too much texture for water, so I then gave it a coating of Extra Thick EP which captured all the glitter and makes it look like the water is sparkling (without having the glitter all over the place). The stamp is from Picture Show Stamps and it is watercolored and popped up. I think it fits the Yin Yang of the first Mix-Ability Challenge. It was a little difficult trying to get a good photo showing the sparkle - hope you can see it.
