Boldly Playful by gw

Poster: Greywolf

I'm embarrassed to upload this card. It is so disorganized! I was playing with my new Inkadinkado Stamping Gear trying to see what mixing colors would look like. I just picked up red and green with no plan to actually make a card. It didn't look too bad, so I added the die cut and sentiment pieces and thought it needed a nice big flower in the bare space. I had all these pieces of Stamping Bella flowers left over from another project and just started sticking them on the card. I'm not good at bunching flowers together, so they are just randomly placed and look like somewhat of a mess. But it certainly shows what can be done with the die set and I think the red and green flowers are so cheerful!

So my apologies if this card is too brash and bold, but it is what it is and I'll send it to someone who needs a bright pick-me-up.

There's nothing wrong with the placement of the flowers. I think it makes the card look more cheerful.

Val, you should certainly NOT be embarrassed by this card! The flowers are great and I really like that stamp you used around the border. Don't you just LOVE to play with new goodies?

For playing and not knowing what you were going to do, it is fine! Who ever gets it, will be happy with your design and thoughts.

Wow Val, you really made a great variety of flowers with that die. And I agree with the others - nothing wrong with where you've placed them!

The red and green stamping makes a great edging! The flowers are placed just fine....random is where it's at! That's a great sentiment too.

yay for new toys, I like the contrast of the frilly edges and the big blooms on this one Val.

we are always our own worst critics... the big blooms look just fine to me.

I Like it! And I like playing and mixing dies too. I really like the stamping around the edge too.
