Don't know why, but that song just popped in my head after seeing ole Curt sitting on a rock! hehe
Hope he can swim! We had a new puppy once, a Bernese Mtn Dog. We went on an early fishing trip. My DH was standing on a rock in the water fishing. Well Poppy thought he'd join him so he jumped right in only to find out that the water was rather deep and very cold. Calmly he swam back to shore never to go in water deeper then his knees again! hehe
So Curt, be careful on that slippery rock!
Today we were to bring flowers, maybe a lake, a rock and of course a sun to cast warm rays upon our bodies. I think got them all on my card with of course Curt.......even tho he wasn't on the list. hehe
Coloring was done with Bic Markes, prisma pencils and a stylus, sponging and glass bead gel.
Well hope our cards bring lot's of warmth and love to Cindy's dear Aunt, Martha. Have a great day all! TFL :0)
Hi Sis! Hi NC Sis!
P.S.....sorry about the blurry photo, but I wanted you to see the shine of the glass beads on the water and swirly gel on the sun.

Another feast for the eyes and humor for the heart, Cathy. Your cards are the BEST and must bring the biggest smile to the recipient's face. Sure it will to Martha.

Curt is sitting so carefully perched on that rock, he must know how slippery those things can be. I don't think he cares though. I love his sweet and patient looking face as he waits to hand his beautiful flower to Martha! Your scene is so pretty and I really love the background with those cool designs.

Curt ready to welcome a new friend. So nice.
When my youngest was about 2 we went to a gorgeous campground with a rather fast moving river. My son was on a large rock but got a bit too close to the edge & slid right in. Fortunately, hubby jumped in to the rescue. The funny thing was that my son was wearing a t-shirt with some ribbing along the bottom edge. The shirt puffed up with air & my son just bobbed along & never got more that his bottom half wet.

Curt is so cute sitting on that rock. I can say the shiny beads in the water and the sparkle of the Sun. Considering it is 80 degrees here today-I can appreciate that sparkly sun...lol Super cute card!
