What a fantastic site for today's inspiration! I really enjoyed browsing the pages of MacKenzie-Childs. I chose this enamel child's plate as my inspiration. I used the emboss resist method for the rooster image and sponged all the papers with Brilliance inks. The background was made using the yellow ink on a dotted stencil, embossed and then sponged with a pink color. It's hard to see in the photo but that ink really gives it a shimmery appearance.

Awesome job with the inspiration challenge!!! I knew right away what this was. You did a great job with the plate. I love the red you perhaps sponged on after the emboss resist. Beautiful card Polly!!

How funny - we chose the same piece and we ended up beside each other! Your handsome rooster will be good company for my hen . I like the red you added into his comb, very striking.
