Joan, I cheated a little by cutting the inchie out of the twinchie. I was trying to get the flames stamped on vellum to glow but that did not happen.
This is also for CAS201 Inspiration from a Photo (12/17/12) and pinterest inspiration by Denise
I used JustRite’s “Merry Little Christmas” set borders and centers for the candles. After stamping onto vellum I heat embossed in black ep and colored the backside of the image. I used PITT artist pens in white, green and red. The frame is Spellbinders and sentiment memory box.
