CAS198 Paper Pieced Frosty

For this week's CAS challenge, my inspiring quote is taken from a holiday song- "...Frosty the snowman was a jolly happy soul." I used Hero Art's Let It Snow for my image, and paper pieced in the head and the mittens. Added some dc snowflakes and a button/tie combo. Background is sponged.
