The scene was stamped with the silhouette images first then squares which were punched from a sticky note were placed on the panel. Using the hand squeeze air brush from Perfect Paper Crafting color was applied using the markers which come with the air brush. Squares were removed and a few sprits with the air brush were applied to tone down the white. Next drops of water were applied to form the circles, let dry and itΒs ready to use.
I used a spray bottle to add the water drops but if you want a more controlled application I suggest using a water wand/aqua painter and squeeze the water drops onto the cardstock.
Note: the cardstock will warp a little, it can be ironed flat again but applying plenty of adhesive during assembly should straighten it out.
The Perfect Layers tools also from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the borders. Use any brand craft knife or rotary cutter for cutting. A tutorial video can be found on the company site.
