This is my submission for the first CAS Winter Design Teach search challenge. I made a wreath out of paper from the SU Festival of Prints Designer Paper pack using two of the Spellbinders Scalloped Circle Dies. I adorned the wreath with red Sheer Creations Ribbon from Michaels. The sentiment is from Sincere Salutations.
