This week our queen is Mrs Noofy aka Sue. She is one of my favorite stampers in this community. Her gallery is filled with gorgeous works of art. The card I cased is one I had favored. It's one of those cards that stays embedded in your mind, bec ause it's so stunning. This is a technique I don't do, but after my fifth try I ran out of time so it will have to do. Her card is soft and beautiful, mine is muddy and rustic. Used watercolor paper and stamped the stamp and embossed....everything is going as planned...spray it with water, and use always artichoke reinker. Discovered there is brown in this green. My problem...I use too much ink.
Sue, I tried Enjoy your reign. Thanks for all your inspiration. This is Sue's card....WT369 Morning Glory by Mrs Noofy at Splitcoaststampers

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?

Oh my Linda..I really love the dark, rustic feel of your version. I like the way it flows away from the image to make a fabulous background. It is very flattering to hear that you love my work too and coming from one of the most talented creators on this site makes it even more special. Thank you for casing my card and making QFTD extra special to me.

Beautiful Christmas card, Linda. I love the "smoky" look of your birdhouses and the surrounding embossed color. You have some of the most creative accents....as on this card.

Oh Linda! I LOVE this!!! Rustic is a good word to describe, as long as you add the word " beauty " right behind it! I am so intriqued with how you (and Sue) did this amazing technique!!! Gorgeous Christmas card!!!! So glad you went for it and shared!!!!!
