I do have a question....It looks like there are two layers on the ornament, the bottom layer, and then the layer on top colored with the dauber and trimmed across the bottom with the border punch. Am I seeing that correctly?

Hi Alicia! Yes, that's it! Two layers, and I attached them with tombo multipurpose adhesive and a glue dot in the middle. the glue dot holds it and the glue sticks forever!
