 | | The witches hat was cut out and paper pieced with polka dot paper from PTI. Raised it with foam tape and covered it with crystal lacquer. The band on the hat was cut again so it could be raised over the hat. Used black stickles on the buckle. Cut the star out three times and it is raised with foam tape and covered with gold stickles. Used black gems in the corner. The cobweb is a die from PTI; used versamark and black embossing powder. Martha Stewart punch below the saying. The saying is raised with foam tape. Perfect layer rulers for the layering.
