Hello! I am a new SCS Member. This is my first VSN, my first challenge of any kind and my first time posting a card to SCS (or anywhere online).
Here is my 3R information:
Mint Green. DonÂ’t know why, but lately IÂ’ve been drawn to this color. IÂ’m sorry that Stampin' Up discontinued this color. I havenÂ’t found a good replacement yet; however, I am not giving up hope. But I digress... on to the 3 Rs:
My 3 Rs: Ribbon, Rosette, Ribbon Banner
I used white cardstock distressed with mint green ink. Cut out the corners with die and added heavy mint green ink (I liked the inked look rather than use up the few pages of Mint Green I have left.) When I cut these out, I did most of the distressing before I punched out the tiny pieces of excess paper. This helped to control the ends of the corner cut out from coming up or getting torn while distressing. I did three coats of the mint green on these corners.
Cut the rosette using a die and pattern paper. Adhere corners and rosette. Add ribbon to button and adhere to center of rosette. Cut out ribbon banner, distress in ink and stamp sentiment; adhere to rosette.

First of all, welcome! We're so glad to have you with us on SCS! Second, I can't believe this is the first card you've ever posted. You must have been making cards for years to be able to produce this quality. It is beautiful! You did a great job with the R's! Thanks for playing along in my challenge, and keep posting!
