Tygerpaws11's "Graffiti It Up" Back to School VSN challenge refers to Graffiti. I remember how the old water tower used to be all "decorated" up by every graduating class! I graffiti'd my image by masking and using the SU spritzer tool. Not sure how well it will show up on camera....
