SEP12VSNI - Apple Trio

This card is for Brenda's VSN "Apple" challenge! I love a good apple challenge, don't you?

I photographed this at an angle so that the leaves were more visible. I glued down a 2nd layer of leaves and popped up the top end of the leaf to give the leaves dimension.

The apple on the left I played around with a bit. The actual color of the DP was lighter and just didn't look right so I took some Memento canteloupe and sponged it on the apple. Who knew canteloupes and apples would go together so well!!!

Fruit basket upset! Cantaloupe and apples, indeed. This card is SO apple-iscious country, and now I'm craving apple pie a la mode. Fabulous.
