Used two small shipping tags from the office supply store and a spider embossing folder from the Paper Studio from Hobby Lobby. Used a spider punch from Martha Stewart and black card stock from Michaels. I spritzed the front of the tag with spider on it with Shimmer Mist before I put the nugget inside. Ribbon is from the stash.
