Loved the purples in Dusty Garden Collage (WT386 Dusty Garden Collage by jandjccc at Splitcoaststampers used SU's Warmest Regards for my message, and Spring Bouquet for my tulip. My turquoise and orange background is from SU's Gently Falling set. Added some dcs and 2 ties. Used a birthday EF for my frame.
