What a perfect inspiration site for my new Inkadinkado stamp! Stef sent us to The Vintage Poster website for Inspiration Challenge IC349.
I chose this poster because the lady looks like the one in my stamp! From there, I grabbed my Graphics 45 paper and the rest came together quickly!
I made a 6 x 3.5 tag by mounting two different patterned papers onto a black base. I used some brown and yellow inks to give it them an aged look and then covered up the seam with a black satin bow. The lady was stamped in black and then I used an oval Spellbinders die paired with the scalloped oval die. Also used the brown and yellow inks on the image to give it an aged feel. The sentiment is from the SU Bring on the Cake set. Both the sentiment and the image are popped up for dimension. The finishing touch is the ribbon at the top to hang over a bottle of wine, or attach to a gift.
Thanks for taking a peek!
