Did this card for hostess club. Not sure the name of the technique, but it is pretty cool. On glossy cardstock I soponged on color, then i smooshed on champagne mist glimmer paint with plastic wrap. Allow to dry. Next i did background stamp with versamark and sponged chalk over versamark. And finally stamped image with not quite navy and stazon black.
