I was totally fascinated by Irene's process on this card:

CAS180 Have Faith by DandI93 at Splitcoaststampers

CASE-worthy, don't you think?

So I fiddled around with the colors, direct to paper, and cut both a colored flourish and a white card base. The birthday card was finished last night.

Being the cheapskate that I am, this morning while trying (trying!) to tidy up, I just couldn't toss the scrap. I did Irene's process again, and produced the little note card.

thats not cheapskate...thats crafty and artistic...:0)....Love them both. great colors and blends and so neat on the white and the colored papers...so glad you didnt through it out....I am going to have to try that idea as well. Like you said a definite worthy of a case as well as these too...beautiful job...TFs..:0)

Not cheapskate but frugal! We are to be wise with our resources as in ALL of them including stamping supplies. : ) You did a great job with both cards, but I like the front one best. I tried, but can't see Irene's card, it just doesn't come up. Oh, well.....
