The flower was embossing using a metal ball stylus and folded paper towel for cushion. The two pieces are attached using Aleene's tacky glue which was also used to attach it to the card panel.
I used the Scor-Pal to emboss the lines along the image panel edge.
The image panel with red border is mounted on foam tape.
