Nice inspiration picture! Like the bathing suit, my card is b + w and has "ruffles," which are represented in the scalloped edges of the die-cut. I added the yellow/purple stars because my cousin who just graduated H.S., loves those two colors and it needed a little color and sparkle!

I really like the font set from Paper Smooches, Gabby. I think you used a font similar to this on your flag card. The font goes very nicely with your congratulations theme on this card as well. Your cousin is gona be very happy with this because it's dog-gone cute! Love the ruffles.
