 | | Using up some laminate chip samples I've collected. I originally used Versamark and a pale peach shine EP on the tag, but because the background color comes through with this EP, it blending into the laminate too much. So I mostly successfully stamped over it with white ink and re-embossed to a better effect. Love how the EP came out on the ivory paper (with Versamark). The message had to be restamped as well, the Crumb Cake wasn't dark enough. I'd forgotten which orange I'd grabbed for the layer, and picked the wrong ink, but the re-stamp was more even than I usually get, so I went with it. It's hard tell in the scan, but the yarn has a gold metallic thread in it. |
